It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Any actual offer for your property comes separately, in writing, marked subject to contract, after we’ve assessed the property — and the £500-per-day late-completion payment applies as defined (including its cap) in that written contract, not by this website.
