Most quick-sale websites are a phone number and a promise. This page is the opposite: the company behind this site, on the record — who we are, how we’re regulated, and why every number on this website is published rather than “revealed on the call”.

We buy residential property directly and broker guaranteed sales between you, the seller, and the buyer — which is us, or one of our funding partners. We are a property buying company: not estate agents, and not financial or legal advisers. If you want advice on whether selling is the right decision for you, that’s a conversation for your own solicitor or adviser, and we’ll always say so.
How we’re accountable
We’re a member of the Property Redress Scheme, which means an independent body can rule on a complaint about us and we’re bound by the outcome — the route is on our complaints page. We’re supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering, and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration 00310314441) for how we handle your data — our privacy page spells that out in plain English.
Why this website looks different
Every quick-sale company pays less than the open market — that’s the trade for speed and certainty. The difference here is that we publish the trade: our typical percentages sit on the pricing page for anyone to read before giving us so much as a name. You pick the completion date, we work backwards from it, the agreed price doesn’t change, and if we complete late we pay you £500 for every day we’re over — capped, and set out in the contract. There are no fees, and you can walk away at any point before exchange.
We even keep a page called “Is this a scam?” that tells you how to check any company in this industry — including us. And where an auction would genuinely serve you better, we’ll say that too.
