This page will hold reviews from people who have actually completed a sale with us — and nothing else. Right now we’re at the start, so instead of inventing praise, here’s how to judge us (or anyone in this industry) before the reviews exist.

Plenty of new companies in this industry launch with a wall of five-star reviews from “sellers” who don’t exist. We think that tells you everything about how they’d treat you later. Our rule is simple: a review appears here when a real person completes a real sale and chooses to leave one — unedited, and never paid for. When they do, they’ll be on an independent platform you can verify, not just text on our own website.
How to judge us before the reviews exist
Don’t take a new company’s word for anything — including ours. Check the things that can’t be faked: the company behind the trading name on Companies House; membership of the Property Redress Scheme, which gives you an independent complaints route with teeth; and whether the numbers are published before you hand over your details — ours are. If you’ve sold to us
Once your sale completes we’ll invite you — once, with no incentive attached — to say honestly how it went. Good or bad, it gets published. If something went wrong, we’d rather hear it through our complaints process first so we can put it right, but what you write is yours.
